I am running 1.11.3 on Linux Ubuntu 22.0. My S3Provider is Cubbit. I got a message today that 1.11.6 had been released. I installed the latest deb version but it is still 1.11.3 when I open the application. When I tried to upload a file I got the error seen in the picture. I tried to upload a jpeg and a pdf. The name contained "_" and alphabetical characters.

I did and had the same result. Nothing has been updated

That's strange. When you go to the About page, what version and build is displayed to you? If it still says 1.11.3, by any chance can you uninstall the app and try installing it again? (edited)

Hi @Philipp, Did you manage to resolve this issue? Given that old version appeared in your system, is there any possibility you were low on disk space during initial install and installation was corrupted?
