Hi, thanks for your message and sorry for this inconvenience. There are two ways this can be done.
a) Request a refund (https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6) and make a new purchase.
b) Register an e-mail/password account on https://s3drive.app/ and send us a quick support e-mail (support at s3drive.app or DM me), so I can assign your purchase to this account.
I am sorry this isn't easier, but in this particular case we didn't have a choice and had to release app using new bundle identifier (App Store limitation).
Hi @rootdgc, can you please go to Pricing and click Join on any paid plan? This is so your account gets moved to billing panel, so we can set up new license on this e-mail.
EDIT: Feel free to remove your e-mail from here, I've got it now. This is to avoid future SPAM, our Discord channel gets indexed by search engines.(edited)
I am sorry, but we're forced to release S3Drive on iOS using different bundle ID. More on that here: https://s3drive.app/faq?q=ios_purchase
If you haven't deleted the old app just yet you could export bucket configuration using JSON format and import it to the newly installed app.
You could try installing the old bundle: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/s3drive-cloud-storage/id1665135106 (although I am not sure you'll be able to access it if previous app was deleted).
Easily transform any S3, WebDAV or Rclone compatible back-end into your personal encrypted file storage. Drive mount, Sync, Backup, File Versioning, Search. Preview different file formats (pdf, markdown, txt, audio, video)

I think the best way forwards would be to install S3Drive released under this bundle ID: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/s3drive-cloud-storage/id6738086033
Once you start the old app please visit Accounts / Profiles screen and click export (screenshot below).
Then you could import that file to the new app and once it's working you could safely deinstall the old S3Drive.
Caveat: Import feature is part of the Ultimate package. I would be happy to enable Ultimate for you for one month (that would require account registered on our website - https://s3drive.app/) or in case you've had an in-app purchase already I could migrate it permanently.(edited)

For data migration you could try visting the old URL and install app back: https://apps.apple.com/vn/app/s3drive-cloud-storage/id1665135106
There is a small chance that you'll be able to access your buckets as it's stored encrypted in the iOS keychain.
For transferring the Ultimate there are two ways as mentioned here: https://discord.com/channels/1069654792902815845/1322439638673260545/1322480688338833462
which is, either you request a refund from Apple and buy again... or register an e-mail/password account on: https://s3drive.app/ which we can assign your license to. This account would then need to be used anytime you login to S3Drive on iOS or e.g. macOS in order for your Ultimate features to work.(edited)
