I'm using version 1.12.3 on laptop. I'm using the plan 120GB Yearly and no license, Another question if you can explain me what is the license do? For what reasons its important to buy the license? Thanks for everyone who can help

Hi @Ziva, Thanks for your message. How many files you try to upload at once? What's your connection upload speed? We actually see some spike of error messages related to big file uploads from Windows, which I presume are coming from your account. It seems that connection is being closed before file lands on our servers. Is it possible that your machine goes to sleep whilst upload is running?
Another question if you can explain me what is the license do? For what reasons its important to buy the license?
You only need license, if you want to use app's Ultimate features (https://docs.s3drive.app/plans/) on top of external storage (S3 or Rclone): https://docs.s3drive.app/setup/providers/ You don't need a license to use all app features if you buy a Storage from us.

Yeh I uploaded 16 files at once, but I had to go and probably my PC went to sleep

In such case you might need to tweak sleep during upload, so it never sleeps or give enough time for it to finish. We'll research if it's possible to inhibit system sleep whilst uploads/downloads are running.

Is it max of your internet provider? S3Drive should easily allow way more than that.

@Ziva There are some improvements in a most recent release: https://github.com/s3drive/windows-app/releases/tag/1.12.5 which might help to resolve your OS sleep issue. Please give it a go and see if it helped, alternatively you can tweak sleep settings in your OS.
