Hi folks, Our macOS .DMG package (1.4.6) is now signed by Apple, so you shouldn't be required to tweak the security settings in order to run S3Drive. Even though we haven't received any response from Apple just yet, it all just magically started to work. Hi S3Drive and MinIO users, If you're using S3Drive with MinIO you maybe interested in this issue that we've just raised: https://github.com/minio/minio/issues/17810 Basically if you face some issues with directories not being properly deleted (when versioning is enabled), please have a look on this Github link, read and either vote or comment. Hi folks, We're keen to improve S3Drive encryption to increase file sharing security, as well as protect your data from highly unlikely yet possible truncation attack. We can't make changes to encryption scheme ourselves as we would lose compatibility with open-source Rclone encryption. ... so we've took an initiative and started implementation of these improvements in Rclone project ourselves. There is still remaining work on the Rclone side, it consists integrating changes into crypt command and adding some unit tests. Hey @everyone, We're planning work for the next year and would like to understand what are the most important features for you ❓ We've developed draft roadmap 2025: https://s3drive.app/roadmap and would like to know what are your thoughts.

This isn't strict document, but indicates general direction of a project, there will be many features, improvements and/or bugfixes that we'll still squeeze in between. Please comment in #general, vote in the relevant feature item in our tracker: https://s3drive.canny.io/ (these are linked from the Roadmap itself) or add a new one, so we possibly prioritize it. In a latest release, you can now connect to external cloud providers directly from S3Drive skipping Rclone JSON shenanigans and/or OAuth2 redirects. If you still need to use custom config, then use: Custom provider button below. Additionally, you can also enable encryption in Profile Settings for your Rclone configurations (S3Drive will create relevant crypt back-end automatically). Finally, we've added native support for .ini configuration format. You can now use it with the Custom provider button or through the import/export options. We hope you enjoy these new features. Hi @everyone In our latest 1.15.9 release, we've rolled out a new feature that should give you a much clearer view of S3Drive transfers. You no longer need to switch back and forth between the dedicated Transfers screen and the File List/Grid view. This update introduces a prototype unified table, showing all the data that was previously only available on the Transfers screen. We decided to release this early because it already represents a major improvement over the previous workflow. In upcoming versions, we'll continue expanding what can be tracked (move, copy, rename, etc.) and improve persistence so transfers are handled more reliably. We also want to thank you for your generous support during our Black Friday promo - it’s what enables us to keep delivering exciting new features like this. As always, your feedback is welcome!
