Hi,
I currently pay annually for the iOS ultimate license, and downloaded the macos app today for the first time, and see that the license isn't applied for macos. My annual license just renewed on March 9, and is good until next year. Can something be done about this so that I can use the macos app? I can send the receipt and whatever else is needed.

iOS license is available on iOS only, because macOS release isn't available on App Store due to some technical difficulties we've had with it.
Having said that, I understand that this might be inconsistent with the expectations created by the Apple's Universal Purchase.
We would be willing to grant you macOS license for the duration of your iOS license.
