Hi @MCKraemer, Thanks for your feedback. What's your OS? Is that S3 or Rclone or S3Drive's storage? Is it individual file upload, media backup, folder upload, drag&drop? Do you have E2E encryption enabled? Are you running latest version? (edited)

Hey, I'm using windows. S3 I've tried to upload a folder. Encryption isn't enabled. I'm running the latest version.

How many files are you trying to upload at once and what's the approximate size? Do you drag folder over the file listing or use: "Upload folder" from context menu?
Avatar
I used upload folder from the context menu, 24 files ~5.5GB

Thanks, we'll do couple tests and get back to you! (edited)

We're having troubles reproducing this issue. Just to confirm, is that a desktop client or web application? If Web, can you please provide your browser version? (edited)

If you try to upload e.g. single file from that folder does it happen as well? Could you also try uploading different, smaller folder? Just trying to rule out if it's something size related or anything else.

It fails on desktop and web. Also happens with some files. It doesn't happen when I use the sync function for the same files. Smaller folders are uploading fine.

I see, but does screenshot with an error come from a web app or desktop app? It's important for us to make that distinction, as based on error content we'll be digging into this problem. (edited)

Hi @MCKraemer, We've did significant improvements (streaming of files) on Web for big files folder upload, so this error or others (e.g. out of memory) should no longer appear. By any chance could you please try now and let me know if it's any better?
