I just ordered the ultimate plan through the Google Play store but I'm only seeing that I have only 12 GB of space available to me. I tried logging out and logging back in but that doesn't help. Can you please help me with this? Thank you.

Thanks for supporting S3Drive and for purchasing the Ultimate plan!
The Ultimate plan is actually a license that allows you to use additional features: https://docs.s3drive.app/plans/ to be used with the external storage: https://docs.s3drive.app/setup/providers/
It does not include additional managed cloud storage space. That's why your account is still showing the default 12 GB quota.
If you would like more storage space hosted by S3Drive, you would need to subscribe to one of our separate storage plans here: https://s3drive.app/storage?q=storage

You'd need to buy storage on our website: https://s3drive.app/storage?q=storage which would then be assigned to your account. You then login with that account to S3Drive on platform on your phone / Android.
