S3Drive - Sync for all files

Hi again

It seems like for my Android s3drive app i can only grant the permissions for image and videos, not for "all files". This means, that when i want to create a sync/copy/move from local-->remote, the filepicker only allows Foto/Video folders to select, not any other folders. The filepicker shows me a message (See picture) when i want to select any other folder than image/Video folders. Is this normal for the s3drive app (safety reasons?) or is it just my graphene OS

Can you try „Upload files/folders” functionality? It’s an alternative to native file picker and doesn’t have these restrictions.

Yes this works

Manually upload files/folders.

Would be great to have this for the "sync" feature as well, that you can sync/copy/move ALL filetypes from the android locally to s3drive

But i understand, if this is restricted by android.

This works already, except that if you need to select restricted folder, you need to use Custom Path feature and provide the exact path to the folder. Soon this will use the same file picker that we provide for the „Upload files/folder” functionality.
