S3Drive - Reset 2FA

Hi, how can I reset my 2FA authenticator code? I lost my phone without a backup of my authenticator app. I'm aware I may need to reset my account but that's ok. Thank you

@Deku Were they able to reset your multifactor authentication? In the same boat right now. Waiting on some help with it.
