What can I do if I mistakenly purchased the wrong subscription? I wanted to get the ultimate but I susbscribed to business

Do you mean you wanted to buy yearly Ultimate (personal) instead of business? If that's the case we could refund you the difference and switch to the right one. Can you please confirm your e-mail via DM? Thanks!
