Can this be done with the current settings? I want to be able to limit to say 2 Mbps upload speed. I am on windows.

We would be willing to implement this feature. What endpoint do you use, S3 or Rclone? There is a challenge with Rclone though, as limit applies for each operation separately and there isn't an option to limit just upload speed, but instead both upload/download would be limited:

Thanks for the response. I use the S3 endpoint. Currently I am using netlimiter to limit the programs overall bandwidth which seems to have been working. A native feature would be awesome though.
