I contacted support regarding purchasing the ultimate plan ($9.99 annually) by mistake. I meant to pay for storage. I requested a refund from Google because I purchased the wrong plan and am still patiently waiting on their decision. Also, will I be able to cancel my subscription at any time by purchasing on the website?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from our account page: https://s3drive.app/account If you're afraid that you'll forget, you can cancel it immediately after purchase and you would still be able to use the remaining time.

I don't feel comfortable sharing my order ID in here. May I DM you my order ID? Also I'm seeing a transaction ID on Google Payments, is that the right ID?
