You would need to install Rclone, if you haven't already: https://rclone.org/install/ and then switch S3Drive mount to old in the App Settings (so it displays the exact CLI command) and then go to About -> Logs, copy out the mount line and type in the terminal.
Once you mount from terminal, does the "wake up" issue is also present?
