Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
Using more than 3 accounts simultaneously was always restricted to Pro/Ultimate accounts.
We don't count your pre-existing Rclone profiles, but once you click on it it gets imported to S3Drive and counts as if it was added.
If you've already used 3 accounts, it's not possible to add more external (S3/Rclone) accounts through S3Drive, but it shall be possible to navigate between them, until you navigate and import a 4th one.
This might prevent you from using any, until you delete one or get a license.
As far I am concerned it worked like that in the past, except there was a separate allowance for Rclone profiles and S3 profiles.
Recently we've remodelled the Account page, so all connections are listed in a single place, no more tabs and no more separation between S3 and Rclone, but in principle we haven't changed the limitation of profiles that user can use.
I can see the potential issue issue, that user can't switch to profiles that have been previously configured once the limit of 4 (3+1) is exceed.
We'll aim to find a solution to this in one of the future releases, but the limitation of 3 profiles will stay until foreseeable future.
I hope that helps, in the meantime you might need to delete the 4th profile using S3Drive "delete". You can reimport it yourself to rclone.conf
file. This should allow you to use the previously used 3 Rclone profiles.
If you don't know which profile you've used, you can backup your rclone.ini
file. Use "delete all" from S3Drive. This will delete them from S3Drive and rclone.ini
and then you can restore your rclone.ini
from backup. That way you can start from scratch and decide which 3 profiles you want to use as a part of Free plan.
Thank you for your understanding.
If you have any other ideas how we can improve S3Drive, please let us know! (edited)
