Hello, I bought a monthly ultimate upgrade on one Android device. I have the app on two of my phones however on the second device it's still showing as the basic version. I have logged out and back in. I thought that the purchase would be available on both devices.

Hi @Vytux, Did you buy through our website or perhaps was it an in-app purchase?

It was in app, as I thought that would be more likely to sync android to android

In-app purchase shall be available on all your phones as long as you're logged in to your Google/Apple account. Website purchase shall be available on all your devices as long as you're logged in to your S3Drive account. Are you using different Google account on your 2nd phone?

Ah... That might be it, the second phone was multiple accounts on it and the primary might not be the same
