1. Do I need to register an account to purchase a licence?
2. Are there any offline activation guides for the various platforms?
3. Does the lifetime licence allow for an unlimited number of platforms and devices?
Thanks!
Does the lifetime licence allow for an unlimited number of platforms and devices?
There are no limits, however Lifetime license is personal, that means that as long as these devices are used by you, it's fine. If you share license with others, that's not the intended use.
Offline license has 1 year validity, after one year you need to regenerate it on our website.
You can have up to 3 valid offline licenses simultaneously.(edited)

Thank you so much! I’m using this on iOS and have encountered a strange issue. I added three remote drives, and they all appeared in the Files app. However, even after I deleted them, they remained there. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but after downloading it again, they still appeared in my Files app and could still display the files from my remote drives. This is terrifying!
It seems to be an issue with mounting; deleting the remote or the app didn’t automatically unmount them (I can still see them in the Files app, which is a bit baffling), and they only disappeared after I manually unmounted them.
I’ve already purchased lifetime licences for iOS and Android – it’s brilliant! I notice there’s no multi-threaded uploading on Android? Will it be possible to add configurable transfer parameters in future updates?

It seems there is some mount cache issue. Once you delete some mounts and they do not appear, you can visit: "Global settings" where you can toggle off/on: "Enable mount". This is a global setting which would recreate the mounts in the Files app.
We'll add your report to our bug list, so mount refresh happens automatically during remote delete.

Do you refer to Rclone, S3Drive or S3 storage? In principle in the Account settings you can find: "Upload transfers" setting just above the: "Multipart upload". This controls the amount of threads used. Have you tried playing with it?

A brilliant app, but I’ve encountered an issue on the Android version:
I marked a file as ‘Offline’, but it didn’t appear in the ‘Offline’ tab. If I unmarked it as ‘Offline’, it still appeared as ‘Offline’ the next time I opened the app, until I renamed the file, at which point it worked properly!

Steps:
1. Mark a file as offline
2. The file does not appear correctly in the ‘Offline’ tab
3. I unmark the file as offline
4. The change does not seem to take effect (the offline indicator remains on the file, even after restarting the application several times)
5. The indicator only disappears after I rename the file
Thanks that's clear know, we'll intestigate this issue!

Thank you for your purchase.

At the moment, I’ve added settings for applications that don’t support visual selection to a remote configuration file, and it’s working well so far (though I can’t be certain that they’re all taking effect).
