[Android] When I try to upload a 365MB video file to pCloud using an encrypted connection with Rclone, the app hangs. However, under the same conditions, the iOS version uploads without any issues.
Hi @Star Maakun, as Leonardo says. On Android, there are bigger improvements coming in the near future which will improve that functionality.

On iOS as you rightly point out it works better, because underlying OS works much differently.
